The hotel's location was superb, right on the quay in Waterford. The rooms were unexpectedly modern and quiet, just like in the pictures, making our stay delightful. However, the rooms were slightly small, but manageable, especially with a 3-month-old baby with us. We would definitely choose to stay here again when in Enniscorthy.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were lacking in decor and the noise level from the nightclub was bothersome. The bathroom needed upgrades and the overall ambiance was not the best. However, the front of house and bar staff were lovely, except for one minor issue with the smoking room at 7 in the morning. The location was convenient for exploring, with some noise issues and limited room space. The dining experience was pleasant, with helpful waiting staff, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the train station and shops. The rooms are spacious and beautifully presented, with thoughtful touches like 'swan' towels and complimentary bottled water, but lacked bedside tables. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some interruptions when dealing with inquiries. The dining experience offered tasty meals with friendly staff. The facilities were well-maintained, but the location had some drawbacks due to nearby nightlife and traffic.
