The hotel's location was superb, right on the quay in Waterford. The rooms were unexpectedly modern and quiet, just like in the pictures, making our stay delightful. However, the rooms were slightly small, but manageable, especially with a 3-month-old baby with us. We would definitely choose to stay here again when in Enniscorthy.

The staff were nice and went the extra mile to ensure the apartment was very clean, providing us with extra towels each morning. However, there was an instance of rudeness when questioned about the kids' bedtime, which was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were lacking in decor and the noise level from the nightclub was bothersome. The bathroom needed upgrades and the overall ambiance was not the best. However, the front of house and bar staff were lovely, except for one minor issue with the smoking room at 7 in the morning. The location was convenient for exploring, with some noise issues and limited room space. The dining experience was pleasant, with helpful waiting staff, and the facilities were decent.
